Lori Ryman, BS, MS, is the writer and founder of the natural healthy website HealthExtremist.com. She started the website after becoming interested in living a more natural and healthier lifestyle. She began researching natural health and alternatives 15 years ago. Lori started this website to share natural DIY projects, her paleo and gluten free recipes, and natural home remedies that worked for her. She hopes that sharing all the information she has learned over the years will help others.
